A little peek into Life at the Tulps
House for Sale
Posted by Rosalie at 9:53 PM
We have been talking about it for about 2 years and finally we decided to sell our house and find something a little bigger. The last 24 hours have been a little nuts. We listed the house at about 10am on Wednesday morning, by 11:30am we had 3 calls. We have had a total of 7 showings in the last 24 hours and 2 more are scheduled for tomorrow.
If you would like to take a peek inside my house, Here's the Realtor link:

It is really a crazy life. I don't understand how people keep their house ready for show when they live in it. I am praying that this sells quickly.
The kids and I left the house at 11 this morning and did not return until 7 this evening. I did not see a point in returning home between showings, just to mess it up. Our day included: A picnic lunch at the park, a couple hours at the library and supper at Hy-vee.

So do you already have another house scoped out? I can't remember if you've said anything about it or not. Good luck with the sale..and keeping it sale ready!

Your house looks lovely! I can't imagine that you will have a hard time selling.

Good luck with house selling and hunting! I think we'll live here until we die...I don't think we're capable of keeping the house spotless at all times for showings;) Neighbors even squeegee the shower in the morning in case there is a showing at their home while they are at work. OMG
